All new customers are eligible for a full refund within 24 hours of their initial purchase, no questions asked. This guarantee applies to all hosting plans and VPS services.

Response Time: We aim to respond to all refund requests within 24 hours. Complex cases may take up to 48 hours for full resolution.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. In cases where this is not possible, we may issue account credit or use an alternative method agreed upon with the customer.
All refunds are processed in Euros (EUR). Exchange rate fluctuations are not our responsibility. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Upon refund approval, your service will be terminated and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days. Please ensure you have backed up any important data before requesting a refund.
